London-based singer Max Kendall has joined our roster of AI voices. The lead singer of indie band Deco – favourites on BBC Radio 1 – Max has played alongside music royalty like Nile Rodgers & Chic and Boy George and Culture Club. He’s also worked closely with songwriters Pete Hammerton (One Direction, Little Mix) and Paul Harris (Kylie Minogue, Purple Disco Machine).

His voice is instantly recognisable for its wide range and soulful dynamics – it’s the perfect voice for an indie dance record or a soulful ballad. His falsetto is also extremely impressive, which you can hear in the band’s Radio 1 Live Lounge performance below.
